Sony Interactive Entertainment Marvel's Wolverine
Marvel's Wolverine is a single-player action-adventure game and a standalone entry in the Marvel's Spider-Man series, sharing continuity with those titles while telling its own self-contained story. Players control Logan/Wolverine in close-quarters combat, using his adamantium claws against enemies drawn from the X-Men comic book mythology. It is planned as the first installment in a trilogy of games focused on the X-Men.
Logan is a centuries-old mutant whose skeleton is laced with indestructible adamantium, the result of brutal experimentation. Armed with retractable claws, enhanced senses, and a regenerative healing factor, he left the mutant strike force Team X three years ago under circumstances he has tried to put behind him. When mutants begin disappearing at the hands of Bolivar Trask, a billionaire industrialist commanding a cybernetically-enhanced private army known as the Reavers, Logan is drawn back to his former team.
